In a world that often feels chaotic and fast-paced, we believe it's more important than ever to prioritize holistic well-being.

Our approach to wellness goes beyond traditional fitness classes. At Yogance, we offer a unique fusion of dance and yoga that not only improves physical strength and flexibility, but also empowers individuals on their journey to self-discovery. By integrating the artistic and rhythmic qualities of dance with the principles and poses of yoga, we aim to help you connect with your body, mind, and emotions on a deeper level.

Our Classes

Yogance offers a variety of class types in both group and private settings. No matter what your experience level is in yoga, dance, pilates or other forms of movement/physical fitness, there’s a Yogance class for you!

  • Suitable for all levels (particularly those new to Yogance), Yogance Choreography: Beginner is a 6-week course where you will learn the fundamentals of Yogance, develop your body’s flexibility and strength, and learn a few floor tricks. Throughout the course, you will learn and refine one choreographed piece, with the opportunity to get your performance filmed on the last day.

  • Suitable for students who have at least 6 months of Yogance experience, Yogance Choreography: Intermediate is a 6-week course that focuses on intermediate-level Yogance techniques to push your physical and mental potential. Throughout the course, you will learn and refine one choreographed piece, with the opportunity to get your performance filmed on the last day.

  • Suitable for students who have completed at least one Yogance course or have a strong background in other movement practices such as dance, aerial yoga, etc., Yogance Tricks is an hour-long class where you’ll learn floor tricks, transitions and performance skills, and put them into practice through a short movement flow. Yogance Technique is a great way to expand your Yogance repertoire by “going beyond the steps” and deepening the connection between your mind and body.

  • Suitable for all levels, our Deep Stretch class combines dynamic and static stretching exercises to help you 1) increase your body’s flexibility and muscle elasticity, 2) improve your body’s alignment and posture, and 3) relax your tight/overworked shoulder, neck and back muscles. We recommend Deep Stretch for anyone who has a tendency to feel sore or injured after movement classes.

  • Yogance provides a full-body workout that improves muscle tone, strength, and flexibility while offering an enjoyable experience. Most students begin with our Yogance Beginner course, learning Yogance tricks and choreography, and gradually progress in strength and flexibility.

  • You don’t need to be exceptionally fit to start Yogance. Our classes and courses are designed to help you build strength and flexibility over time, improving your overall wellness and personal growth.

  • Absolutely! We recommend starting with our Yogance Beginner Course. This 6-week course is designed to teach you the fundamental skills and techniques to Yogance, making it ideal for beginners.

  • We operate out of two studios located in Wan Chai and Lai Chi Kok. You will see which classes operate out of which studio in our Class Schedule.

  • You can sign up for a class by going to our Class Schedule and selecting the class style and time you'd like to book in for. Please note that we only offer 6-week courses for Yogance Choreography Beginner & Intermediate. Payment for the class must be made upon booking.

  • Group classes can accommodate up to 8-10 participants.

    Please note: We do not offer extra catch-up classes for cancellations due to weather conditions. You may attend other available classes of the same or lower level within the same term to make up for missed sessions.
